Return Policy
What are the term and conditions for return & exchange?
We have 10 days return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
- The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
- The product is returned in original condition.
- Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
- Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Free items are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for verifying the product handed over to delivery personnel therefore you make sure the packing while handed over the product.
- If we receive any mismatch and damage at the time of inspection you’re not eligible for refund and exchange. In such cases you need to share us valid proof i.e. video or images at the time of handed over the product to delivery personnel.
- Ask the courier partner for the receipt of receiving the product and keep the receipt or OTP until you didn't get the email of receiving your product at our warehouse.
Note: If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 24 hrs. From the delivery of the product.
What is the Exchange policy?
- Exchange product will be shipped when we receive your product at our warehouse and after inspection of the product, we’ll notify you for the same.
- Exchange product should be the same value or higher value of your returned product.
- In case your pin code area is not serviceable for pickup, you will have to self-ship to return the product with all the details of order ID, name in the package.
